"De los mejores cafés que he probado en Guanajuato, el grano que tienen en tolva tiene una acidez rica y un dulzor suave, recomiendo probar su flat white o cortado para poder disfruta más de las notas de su espresso. Me gusta que cambian cierto tiempo los granos que tienen para drip y siempre son de muy buena calidad. Se nota la capacitación de los baristas y el cuidado que le tienen al lugar, gracias por siempre recibirme con la mejor actitud!"
